Job Description:
Blue Sky is hiring a Shipment Data Entry Associate to support its logistics operations. The role involves accurately entering, updating, and verifying shipment-related data to ensure smooth logistics processes. Candidates should possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel. This is a full-time, permanent, in-person position based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter and update shipment data into internal systems and databases.
- Verify shipment details and identify data discrepancies.
- Correct errors to maintain data integrity and accuracy.
- Communicate updates and corrections with team members.
- Follow established logistics and data entry procedures.
- Participate in ongoing training on logistics best practices.
- Maintain confidentiality of shipment and company data.
- Meet deadlines while ensuring high-quality data management.
