Job Description:
careerzynith is hiring Remote Data Entry Clerks to support data entry, reconciliation, transaction processing, and customer service operations. The role involves working closely with Retail and Institutional Service Teams to process customer transactions, resolve discrepancies, and maintain accurate records. This is a full-time remote position suitable for both freshers and experienced candidates.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Process trade deal purchases in customer profiles.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies between TD Ameritrade, fund companies, and transfer agents.
- Process corporate activities and reconcile transactions.
- Handle returns processing and reconciliation.
- Analyze complex issues and validate new technology enhancements.
- Complete projects related to trading, dividends, transfers, reconciliation, and corporate actions.
- Communicate with Retail and Institutional Service Teams via email, phone, Slack, Overview, and Salesforce.
- Collaborate with fund companies, transfer agents, and external business partners.
- Maintain accurate customer records and ensure data integrity.
