The role combines data entry, account management, and IT help desk responsibilities, including ServiceNow account creation, CyberArk management, claims portal support, and customer service. This is a full-time remote position suited for professionals with healthcare, data entry, and IT support experience.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Create and manage user accounts using ServiceNow and CyberArk.
- Register users on claims online portals and process portal tickets.
- Provide IT help desk support to clients.
- Process and resolve IT support tickets efficiently.
- Deliver excellent customer service and technical assistance.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve operational issues.
- Meet productivity targets of at least 10 tickets per day.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Participate in training and professional development programs.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare data handling standards.
