Job Description:
People First Consultants Pvt Ltd is hiring experienced US Payroll Professionals for SME and Team Lead (TL) positions with leading global clients. The roles involve end-to-end US payroll processing using Workday, Oracle, or SAP ERP platforms. Positions are available as Work From Home (Workday & Oracle) or Hybrid (SAP ERP – Bangalore) and require candidates willing to work in the US shift.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end US payroll processing.
- Ensure payroll compliance with US payroll regulations and taxation.
- Perform payroll validation and reconciliation.
- Handle payroll operations using Workday, Oracle, or SAP ERP.
- Resolve payroll-related issues and maintain accurate payroll records.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and clients.
- Lead and manage payroll teams (Team Lead role).
- Ensure timely and accurate payroll execution.
- Maintain compliance with company and client payroll policies.
